This was for a class project at APSU. I plan on doing a whole series using this idea. For this painting my instructor told us to select music and create art in response to that music. The musician I chose to listen to was "Ray Charles". I have actually been trying to do more of this sort of painting lately and I am finding I can not get into the right state of mind to paint in this manner unless I am listening to Ray.
